Jennifer Bialosky, MBA
Vice President
With more than two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Jennifer Bialosky has an extensive track record of success in physician relations, strategy, business development, practice management and payor contracting. A steadfast negotiator who excels at relationship building, Jennifer is also passionate about serving people and helping teammates develop professionally. Jennifer came to MAC from Epic Care, where she was Director of Strategy, Business Development and Special Project. She has also worked at John Muir Health as an account manager for their management services organization (MSO). She studied pre-med and public health at the University of California, Berkeley, and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration / Healthcare Administration.
Kurt Dittmar, MD
Regional Medical Director
Dr. Kurt Dittmar has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University. He then attended the University of Michigan, where he obtained his MD and a PhD in Pharmacology. His anesthesia training was obtained at the UCSF Medical Center. Since joining MAC in 2003, he has served in many leadership roles, including as medical director at John Muir Concord since 2007, chairman of the Operations Committee and a member of the Management Committee.
Johannes Peters, MD, MBA
Regional Medical Director
Dr. Johannes Peters is a member of the MAC Management Committee. He completed his medical school training at the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and his Anesthesia Residency program at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Since joining in 2004, Dr. Peters has been actively involved in various administrative and leadership roles within MAC. At John Muir Health, Dr. Peters served as Department Chair, as Chief of Staff and on the System Board of Directors.
Jeannemarie Hennessey
Director of Operations
Jeannemarie Hennessey is responsible for leading MAC’s Operations. Hennessey is an RN and joined our team in 2019 with 25 years of experience. Her professional focus has been in perioperative quality care and operations, including roles such as OR Staff RN, Perioperative CNS, OR Manager and OR Assistant Director. Hennessey is an Advanced Practice RN and Board Certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She has a Master’s Degree in Critical Care/Trauma from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University.
Marghuba Osman
Director of Operations
Marghuba Osman is a Director of Operations at MAC. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Merced, she decided to pursue a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of La Verne in Southern California. Her background includes opening and operating multi-site urgent care clinics in the bay area and most recently worked for Sutter Health as a Regional Manager. Marghuba has always been passionate about healthcare and is committed to patient safety, her teammates, and serving her community.
